Group Fitness

We offer a variety of group fitness classes for our members, which are included in our memberships. Any non member can also come try out our classes for $7 a class.

 

Body By Marcus

High intensity interval training of the entire body

Instructor: Marcus Conyers

Times: Tuesdays 5:45am-6:30am, 5:30pm-6pm

Thursdays 5:45am-6:30am

Saturdays 7:30am-8:15am

 

Zumba

Combines world rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography for a total body exercise

Instructor: Virtual

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00am - 10:00am

Yoga

An ancient system of practices used to balance the mind and body through exercise, meditation (focusing thoughts), and control of breathing

Time: Thursday 6:30-7:15pm

Pilates

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the entire body
