Body By Marcus is a group fitness class for our members, which are included in our memberships. Any non member can also come try out our classes for $7 a class.

Zumba Step & Zumba Toning

A high energy, dance fitness class that blends upbeat music with easy to float choreography for a fun full body workout.

Times: Tuesdays 6:15pm-7pm

When approached with high intensity, Zumba transforms into a rhythmic HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) powerhouse that challenges every muscle group while keeping your heart rate in the "burn" zone.
